Automatically mount NTFS volumes as read-only

This only works for simple volumes

Get NTFS volume UUID

lsblk -f

Create mount point

sudo mkdir /var/mnt/whatever

Add to fstab

sudo vim /etc/fstab
UUID=NTFS_UUID_GOES_HERE /var/mnt/whatever ntfs defaults,ro,nofail 0 0
